A very popular sport in North Wales because like climbing, we are spoilt for choice when it comes to paddling venues. On a calm day you will always find enthusiasts out in Trearddur Bay itself, and many of them come to our ‘Inn at the Bay' for a meal and drink after. For beginners and novices our instructors will teach you the basic skills involved in manoeuvring your canoe/kayak and what to do in the event you capsize! Once mastered you might choose to venture out into the open seas, sea kayaking along our rocky coastline. Or perhaps journey onto the mainland onto one of the many beautiful rivers and Lakes or for even more excitement why not try white water kayaking!!
Dress: Warm clothing, trainers and a towel.
Duration: ½ or full day
Notes: All equipment supplied by the instructors. No previous experience required. You will need to bring some spare dry clothing and a towel.
Food and Drink: Pack lunches/picnic hamper supplied by the hotel.
